Built for hotels, resorts and casinos

Interactive maps for hotel meeting space, from ballroom to breakout

Help event planners and their guests find every ballroom, salon, foyer and meeting room across towers and levels. The map is live, has turn-by-turn directions and runs in any browser.

What the map gives you

Every function space on one map

Ballrooms, divisible salons, pre-function foyers, boardrooms and exhibit space sit on one searchable plan.

Directions across towers and levels

Guests get accessible, turn-by-turn routes between towers, meeting levels and the casino or convention wing.

A map planners can use as their own

Group planners can sell exhibit booths and pin their agenda to your rooms.

Lobby kiosks that answer "where is…?"

A "you are here" kiosk near registration or the elevator bank takes pressure off the front desk and conference services.

The problem

Why hotel and resort maps break down

Large hotels and resorts are built for guests, not groups, so meeting attendees often struggle to find their way through them.

  • Meeting space is spread across wings, towers and levels

Ballrooms on the convention level, breakouts on a mezzanine and a boardroom in the other tower add up to a maze for first-time attendees.

  • Room names don't match the agenda

The program says "Salon C" while the signage says "Grand Ballroom," and airwalls change the setup every day. A static capacity chart can't keep up.

  • Wall maps and PDFs are hard to read and quickly outdated

Lobby maps are rarely where people need them, and the PDF a planner sends attendees doesn't reflect the final room assignments.

  • Planners rebuild the same floor plan for every group

Each group that runs an exhibit hall or sponsor area in your ballroom redraws the space from scratch, in a different tool, every time.

What changes with ExpoFP

ExpoFP gives your property, and every group that books it, one live map to navigate, sell from and update.

One accurate map of your meeting space

Ballrooms, salons, foyers and meeting rooms are drawn once and kept current in the browser.

Guests find rooms without asking

Search for a room or session and follow a route across floors, buildings and the surrounding area.

Planners get a ready-made base map

Group organizers start from your mapped space, then add their booths, sponsors and sessions.

Changes go live instantly

A room swap or a new booth layout updates the map everywhere it's embedded, with no reprinting.

Core features

FP Designer and team-built maps

Draw ballrooms, salons and exhibit booths with drag-and-drop editing in the browser, or upload your existing meeting-space floor plans and have the ExpoFP team build the map. Pro supports unlimited buildings and levels for multi-tower resorts and casino properties.

Digital wayfinding across floors and buildings

Attendees get turn-by-turn, accessible routes across levels, towers and connected buildings. The area map shows entrances, parking and transport around the property, and indoor blue-dot, outdoor GPS and QR-code positioning are available for larger projects.

Search, categories and bookmarks

Guests can search by room, company or category, filter by category and bookmark the sessions or booths they plan to visit, all without an app or sign-in.

Agenda on the map

Import the event schedule from Excel or via API so every keynote and breakout is tied to its room. Attendees tap a session and get directions to the right salon.

Booth sales and sponsorship for in-house exhibits

When a group runs a vendor area or sponsor showcase in your ballroom, exhibitors can see availability and reserve or buy booths on the map. Organizers can add sponsored listings, logos in booths and sponsorship packages.

Kiosks and analytics

Put standing kiosks with "you are here" in the lobby, at registration or near the elevators. Kiosks support caching and full offline mode. Analytics show searches, routes and per-kiosk activity, so you can see which rooms people struggle to find.

Who uses it

ExpoFP plans have already been built for events at major hotel and resort venues, including ARIA Resort & Casino, Wynn Las Vegas, Gaylord resorts and New York Hilton Midtown. You can browse these on our venue pages.

Typical events on a hotel or resort map:

  • Association annual meetings with a general session in the ballroom, breakouts on meeting levels and a vendor area in the foyer.
  • Corporate conventions and sales kickoffs that take over a resort's convention wing and need sponsor booths and session directions.
  • Trade shows and expos in a casino resort's exhibit hall, with booth sales and an area map of the property.
  • Multi-tower conferences where attendees cross between towers or connected buildings between sessions.
