Exhibitors upgrade, cancel, ask for a corner spot. Every change used to mean a CAD file, an email thread and a wait. Now it's a drag.
From a single booth tweak to a full hall redesign – every tool you need is one click away.
Click, drag and snap to the grid. Nudge with arrow keys for 1 step, or Shift+arrow for 0.1 precision.
Select a booth, Ctrl-click its neighbours, press Ctrl+M. Two 9 m² booths become one 18 m² island.
Pull the handles or type width and height. Booth area is calculated for you – perfect for per-m² pricing.
Overlap rectangles, combine them with Union Paths and convert to a booth. Bézier, polygon and polyline tools for anything irregular.
Rotate in 15° steps or set any angle. Flip horizontally or vertically. Round corners with the Radius field – squares to circles, rectangles to ovals.
Available, On Hold, Reserved – each with its own colour, set per booth or globally with hex codes. Buyers see what's free at a glance.
Wayfinding, Foreground, Booths, Background and Images – keep reference drawings and routing lines out of the visitor view.
Booths auto-group by colour, price and type – select all matches and edit at once. Renumber a whole row just by clicking in order.
Search one or many booths by name and they light up on the plan – no more hunting for B-214 across three halls.
Upload your layout as DXF, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG – or pick a venue template, a sample venue, or a blank canvas.
Every save is a checkpoint. Restore any previous version of the plan in a click – experiment without fear.
Drop in sponsor logos, resize and group them with a booth shape, add the company name – premium placements that sell themselves.
Dashboard – Add new floor plan, then choose a venue template from the library, a sample venue with booths, pricing, stages and schedules, or a blank venue. Import your own layout as DXF, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG.
Set units (m or ft) and grid size, then drag booths from the toolbar and snap to grid, quick-add with the arrow inside a booth – auto-named and aligned, merge, resize, rotate, set status and price, and add stages, cafés, restrooms and other POIs.
Hit Save and you're done: the interactive plan updates for visitors and exhibitors, test it in the Exhibitor Portal, and roll back any time with version history.
Keep your CAD reference and navigation paths in the editor – and a clean, clickable map in front of your audience.
