One live map for your artist alley, vendor hall and panel rooms
Sell tables online, put every artist, dealer and panel on a searchable map, and give fans a map that opens in the browser on their phone. No app needed.
What the map gives you
Fans find a specific artist, dealer or table number in seconds
Panels, autographs and photo ops shown in the rooms where they happen
One link for your website, ticket confirmation emails and socials
Why fan convention maps break down
Most cons still run on a spreadsheet of table assignments and a PDF map that's already out of date by the time it's published.
Table assignments live in five places
Artist alley applications, vendor hall invoices, swap requests and "can I sit next to my friend" emails end up in different inboxes, so you get double-booked tables and artists finding someone else at their spot on day one.
The PDF map is stale before doors open
A late cancellation, a merged double table or a moved photo-op backdrop means re-exporting the map and re-posting it everywhere, so fans end up holding three different versions.
Fans can't find the creator they came for
An attendee searching for one illustrator among hundreds of artist alley tables has nothing but a printed grid of numbers and a list sorted by last name.
Panels, autographs and the show floor feel like separate events
Panel rooms, autograph lines and photo-op areas sit in different halls or on different levels, and nothing connects the schedule to the place.
What changes with ExpoFP
You get one live map that your team, your artists and dealers, and your fans all use.
Tables are booked on the map, not in your inbox
Artists and dealers see live availability, pick a table and pay by credit card, and you approve and track every reservation in one place.
Every change is live instantly
Move a table, merge two into a double, or rename a section in the browser, and the public map updates right away. Nothing to re-export.
Fans search instead of squinting
Attendees search by artist name, dealer, table number or category (prints, plushies, cosplay supplies, trading cards) and get a route to it.
The schedule sits on the map
Panels, signings and photo-op sessions appear in the rooms and areas where they happen, so "where is that panel?" gets answered on the map.
Core features
FP Designer for tables, aisles and zones
Drag, drop, merge and resize tables in the browser to lay out artist alley rows, vendor hall booths, a tournament area or a cosplay photo zone. You can also upload your existing floor plan file and have the ExpoFP team build the map for you.
Online table sales and reservations
Artists and dealers reserve or buy their table directly on the map with live availability, and you approve and track every sale in one place. Sell add-ons as booth extras (an extra chair or electricity) and offer sponsorship packages to bigger exhibitors.
Exhibitor self-service profiles
Each artist or dealer gets a personal auto-login link to add a logo, description and contact details, and you approve the content before it goes live. You don't have to chase 200 artist bios by email.
Search, categories and favorites for fans
Fans search by name, table number or category, filter by what they collect, and bookmark the tables they want to visit. It runs in any mobile browser with no app and no sign-in, so it works for one-day pass holders too.
Agenda and guided tours
Import the panel schedule from Excel or through the API to show sessions in the right rooms. Guided tours can walk fans along a sponsor trail or a first-timer route through the halls.
Wayfinding, kiosks and analytics
Turn-by-turn routes cover multiple halls and floors, and the area map shows parking, entrances, hotels and transport. Put standing kiosks with "you are here" at the entrances, then check analytics on searches, table views and routes to see which sections pulled the most interest.
Who uses it
- PokémonXP 2026 World Championships runs its event map on ExpoFP, putting a global gaming championship on one searchable map for players and fans.
- Trading Card Game Con Houston moved its table and vendor map to ExpoFP. The organizers said: "We have used Seats.io in the past, but I will shift everything new to ExpoFP!"
- Frog Con used ExpoFP to host its exhibitors and give attendees one map of the convention floor.

What we show in the demo
Your hall, laid out as a con floor
We start from your venue plan, or a sample one, and lay out artist alley rows, the vendor hall, panel rooms and autograph and photo-op areas.
A table sale from the artist's side
You'll see what an artist or dealer sees: live availability, choosing a table, adding extras and paying by card.
Your side of approvals
We show how you approve reservations and exhibitor profiles and see who still owes content or payment.
The fan view on a phone
Search for an artist, filter by category, bookmark tables and get a route, all in a mobile browser.
Next year in a few clicks
We copy the current map and exhibitors into a new event so returning artists and dealers can rebook quickly.
FAQ
You can build the map yourself on the DIY plan from $149/mo, which includes table reservation and sponsorship tools. If you'd rather have the ExpoFP team build it, team-built plans start from $990 one-time. Listed prices are for up to 100 booths and scale with the number of tables. You can start free with a 7-day trial and no credit card.
