iFX EXPO International Cyprus is a flagship B2B event for the online trading, fintech, financial services, payments, and brokerage industries. Held in Limassol from June 16–18, 2026, the event brought together brokers, technology providers, payment companies, affiliates, and traders from around the world.
With 200+ exhibitors, 100+ speakers, and representatives from 130+ countries, the event was built around visibility, meetings, and commercial connections. ExpoFP delivered a branded interactive floor plan that helped attendees discover exhibitors while giving the organizer one setup for reservations, sponsorship visibility and exhibitor management.
The challenge: making a large commercial exhibition easier to navigate
iFX EXPO Cyprus combined more than 200 booths with points of interest, educational areas, networking spaces, sponsors, and a large international audience. Attendees needed a clear way to find companies and key locations without losing time moving through a busy exhibition environment.
The organizer also needed more than a navigation layer. Booth reservations, sponsor visibility and exhibitor information all had to work together without creating a fragmented or overly complex process for the event team.
A static floor plan could show the layout, but it could not provide the same searchable experience, commercial visibility, or centralized operational tools. The map needed to become part of how the event was managed and experienced.
At a deal-driven exhibition, the map should help attendees find opportunities — not just booth numbers.
What the organizer wanted to achieve
The project had four clear goals:
- Launch a branded interactive floor plan for iFX EXPO Cyprus 2026.
- Make 200+ exhibitors, booths, and points of interest easier to discover.
- Support online booth reservations, sponsorships and exhibitor management in one system.
- Create a scalable map experience that remained easy for organizers and attendees to use.
At a deal-driven exhibition, a floor plan needs to do more than show booth numbers. It needs to help attendees find the right companies while supporting the commercial and operational work behind the event.

A branded interactive floor plan for 200+ booths, combining navigation, reservations, sponsor visibility and exhibitor management in one platform.
How the project was delivered
The project ran from May 11 to May 27, giving the organizer time to review and prepare the map before the June 16–18 event. ExpoFP coordinated the work across sales, production, and support.
1. Planning
The team collected the floor plan files, branding assets, and venue details; confirmed the package, booth count, and subscription scope; and aligned on points of interest and required features.
2. Map build
ExpoFP built the interactive floor plan from the client's PDF and DWG files, adding booths, labels, points of interest, and branding elements to turn the detailed venue layout into a functional digital map.
3. Feature setup
Online reservations, sponsorship visibility, booth extras and exhibitor management were configured within the same platform so the organizer did not need to manage separate tools.
4. Delivery and support
The first version was delivered on May 27, followed by revision support and final adjustments to ensure the floor plan was accurate, polished, and ready for the live event.
What the numbers show
ExpoFP analytics recorded the following engagement during event week:
The iFX EXPO Cyprus 2026 floor plan reached 6,780 unique users and generated 14,172 total views. That equals slightly more than two views per user on average, indicating that many attendees returned to the map as they explored exhibitors and event areas.
The dashboard also recorded 12,295 map loads. Together, the figures show that the floor plan was not simply a published reference: it became an actively used part of the attendee experience at a large international exhibition.
For the organizer, the same platform supported booth reservations, sponsor and exhibitor visibility and exhibitor management — combining attendee-facing value with a more centralized operational setup.
