Domino's 2026 Worldwide Rally brought franchisees, suppliers, corporate teams, and business partners to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from May 12–14. The global corporate gathering combined exhibition areas, general sessions, networking spaces, and off-floor experiences across a complex venue environment.
Brella partnered with ExpoFP to turn that environment into one branded interactive map. The goal was to help attendees move between more than 200 planned booths, session locations, sponsor areas, and venues without leaving the digital event experience.
The challenge: connecting a rally across Mandalay Bay
The Worldwide Rally extended beyond a single exhibition hall. Attendees needed to navigate Bayside Halls, Michelob Ultra Arena, Beach Clubs, networking areas, meeting spaces, and other event touchpoints while keeping track of exhibitors and sessions.
A static venue plan could not provide the same searchable experience or connect locations directly with exhibitor and session information. The map also needed to support sponsor visibility and work smoothly inside Brella's event platform.
With the event approaching, ExpoFP and Brella needed to complete the build, refine direct location links, validate session mapping, and resolve the remaining integration details before attendees arrived.
When an event spans halls, sessions, and social spaces, one connected map keeps the attendee journey moving.
What the organizer wanted to achieve
The project had four clear goals:
- Launch a branded interactive map connecting the rally's main venues and event areas.
- Make more than 200 booths, exhibitors, sessions, and points of interest easier to find.
- Integrate map locations and session links with the Brella attendee experience.
- Support sponsor visibility and deliver a reliable event-ready navigation tool.
The floor plan became a shared navigation layer for the event — helping attendees find their next destination while giving exhibitors, sponsors, and sessions a clearer digital presence.

How the project was delivered
Brella and ExpoFP moved the project from venue planning to map production, platform integration, usability refinement, and final quality assurance.
1. Planning
The teams reviewed venue layouts, branding guidelines, booth requirements, session locations, and the attendee journeys connecting exhibition halls, general sessions, networking areas, and outdoor spaces.
2. Map build
ExpoFP created the branded PRO Design map, adding exhibitors, booths, points of interest, sponsor areas, session locations, and the navigation structure needed across Mandalay Bay.
3. Integration and refinement
After the first version was delivered on April 16, ExpoFP worked with Brella and the Domino's team to improve search, exhibitor imports, session mapping, and direct location links.
4. Launch readiness
Final QA covered all mapped areas, and the remaining Brella session-map issue was resolved by updating the location URLs before the event opened on May 12.
What the numbers show
ExpoFP analytics recorded the following engagement during the event week:
The interactive floor plan reached 6,853 users and generated 27,011 views — nearly four views per user on average, indicating that attendees returned to the map throughout the rally.
It also recorded 12,697 map loads, showing that the floor plan was repeatedly opened as attendees moved between exhibitors, sessions, networking spaces, and venues.
The result was more than a digital venue plan: it was an integrated event tool supporting navigation, exhibitor discovery, sponsor visibility, and a smoother experience across multiple locations.
