Stadium and arena maps that move fans from the gate to the concourse to the fan zone
Publish one interactive map of gates, concourses, concessions, fan zones and event-day expo floors that fans open in a browser and your team updates in minutes.
What the map gives you
Fan zones and sponsor activations that are easy to find and easy to sell
Event-day expos and tournaments mapped on the same arena floor
Updates that reach every phone and kiosk the moment plans change
Why stadium and arena maps break down
Tens of thousands of people arrive in the same hour, and a static PDF of the seating bowl does little to help them once they are inside.
Arrival and egress peaks overwhelm guest services
Gate confusion and crowded concourses mean staff answer the same "where is…" questions hundreds of times per event.
Concessions and merch go unfound
When fans cannot locate the stand, the merch store or the bar they want, they stop looking and stop spending.
The layout changes from event to event
A basketball game, a concert, a convention on the arena floor and a fan festival in the plaza all use different gates, zones and activations, but the printed map stays the same.
Sponsor activations get poor visibility
Fan zone partners pay for footfall, yet their activations rarely appear on any map fans actually use, which makes renewals harder to justify.
What changes with ExpoFP
ExpoFP gives venues and event organizers a live, browser-based map built for crowds, sponsors and constantly changing layouts.
Fans search and get a route
Searching "Section 112", "vegan food" or "merch store" highlights the spot and draws a turn-by-turn route from where the fan is.
Each event gets its own layout
Copy the base venue map, then change gates, zones and activations for a concert, a playoff game or an expo on the arena floor.
Sponsors become visible on the map
Featured placements, logos, banners and sponsored listings put partners in front of fans and give you numbers to show them afterward.
Edits go live instantly
A closed stand or a relocated activation is fixed in the browser and appears on phones and concourse kiosks at once.
Core features
Searchable concourses, concessions and amenities
Fans search by section, stand, category or amenity and filter by type such as food, drinks, merch, restrooms or first aid. Favorites let them save the spots they want to return to.
Multi-level, multi-building wayfinding
Turn-by-turn directions work across levels, concourses and connected buildings, including accessible routes. The area map adds parking, entrances, transit and nearby hotels around the venue.
Fan zones and event-day expos
Lay out fan zones, plazas and arena-floor expos with the drag-and-drop FP Designer, or upload an existing plan and the ExpoFP team builds it. Exhibitors and vendors can reserve and pay for spaces directly on the map and fill in their own profiles through a self-service link.
Sponsorship and monetization tools
Sell sponsored listings, featured placements, banner ads, logos in spaces and sponsorship packages on the map itself. Guided tours can turn a sponsor trail through the fan zone into a route fans actually follow.
Concourse kiosks
Standing kiosks show "you are here", cache the map, can run in full offline mode, and come with per-kiosk analytics, so busy concourses keep working even when connectivity drops.
Positioning, integrations and analytics
Outdoor GPS, QR-code positioning and blue-dot indoor positioning are available as project-level options. The JSON API lets you embed the map in your venue or team app, and analytics show searches, space views and routes for every event.

What we show in the demo
Your venue as a multi-level map
We show how a stadium or arena plan becomes an interactive map with concourses, sections, gates and amenities.
Fan search and routing
We search for a section and a concession stand, then follow an accessible route between levels.
An event-day layout
We copy the base map and add a fan zone, a sponsor activation and an expo floor for a specific event.
Selling spaces and sponsorships
We reserve a vendor space on the map and add a featured sponsor placement and banner.
Kiosks and analytics
We show a concourse kiosk with "you are here", then review searches, views and routes for the event.
