On a show floor with hundreds of booths, several halls or more than one level, an exhibitor list isn't enough. ExpoFP turns the same Cvent data into a map people can actually use.
Turn-by-turn directions
Attendees pick a booth or session room and get a route with travel time and distance. A “Get directions” link opens it straight from the exhibitor profile.

The integration
Connect once. Cvent keeps the map up to date.
Two ready-made syncs – Cvent Exhibitors and Cvent Sessions. Setup takes three credentials from the Cvent account. If the organizer doesn't have a developer on the team, we walk them through it.

Get the Event ID
It's in the Cvent URL after evtstub= once the event is open.

Create API credentials
In Cvent Admin – Integrations – REST API, invite a developer and create an application to get a Client ID and Client Secret.

Run the sync
Add the credentials in ExpoFP's integrations page and run the task. You see a success message and a log of every run.

Keep it fresh
Schedule updates daily or weekly, or use a dedicated link to refresh whenever the organizer needs it.
Cvent stays the source of truth: new exhibitors, booth reassignments, edits and deletions in Cvent flow to the map on the next sync. Sponsorship survives every sync: featured listings and header logos set in ExpoFP are kept when Cvent data refreshes.
