Located in the vibrant community of Fort Lauderdale, the newly-updated convention center with its expanded 350,000 sq. ft of contiguous exhibit space is now complete, and work continues on the remainder of the $1.2 billion expansion project. When completed, the Convention Center will boast more than 1.2 million square feet of event space including a new 65,000 sq. ft waterfront ballroom, an expansive 6-acre outdoor plaza with restaurants, and an interconnected 801-room, 29-story Omni headquarter hotel.
