One interactive site map for halls, chalets, static displays and outdoor plots
Map the whole showground, from exhibition halls to the static display and outdoor demo areas, and sell plots, chalets and sponsorships on the same map visitors use to find their way.
What the map gives you
Outdoor GPS that shows visitors where they are on a large site
Plot and chalet sales with live availability
Parking, shuttles and entrances on the area map
Why airshow and outdoor expo maps break down
Outdoor shows spread across runways, fields and forests, and a printed site plan cannot show visitors where they stand or exhibitors what is still available.
Sites are huge and landmarks are few
Static display aprons, demo fields and forest plots look alike from the ground, so visitors walk long distances in the wrong direction.
Halls and outdoor areas are planned separately
Exhibition halls, chalet rows along the show line and outdoor display areas often live in different drawings, which makes the visitor experience feel like several events.
Outdoor plot allocation is manual
Bare space, built space and chalets are allocated by availability and organizer constraints, which usually means spreadsheets, email threads and a plan that is out of date as soon as it is sent.
Getting there is half the visit
Parking zones, shuttle stops, gates and park-and-ride matter as much as the stands, but they rarely appear on the same map as the exhibits.
What changes with ExpoFP
ExpoFP brings the whole showground into one live, browser-based map that organizers edit and visitors navigate on their phones.
One map across halls and outdoor areas
Multiple halls, levels and the outdoor area are connected, so a route can start in Hall 1 and end at a static display aircraft or a field demo plot.
Visitors see themselves on the site
Outdoor GPS positions visitors on large open-air areas, while QR-code positioning helps in halls and at signposts.
Plots and chalets sell on the map
Exhibitors see live availability, reserve or purchase outdoor plots, chalets and hall stands, and the organizer approves everything in one place.
Arrival is part of the map
The area map shows parking, entrances, shuttles, transport and hotels around the site.
Core features
Multi-hall plus outdoor area mapping
Build halls, chalet rows, static display areas and outdoor plots in the drag-and-drop FP Designer, or upload your existing site plan and the ExpoFP team builds it. The Pro plan supports unlimited buildings and levels for complex sites.
Outdoor GPS and turn-by-turn wayfinding
Turn-by-turn routes run across halls, levels and the outdoor area map, including accessible routes. Outdoor GPS shows visitors their location on open-air sites, with blue-dot indoor positioning available for hall projects.
Plot, chalet and stand sales
Exhibitors see live availability and reserve or pay by credit card directly on the map, with invoicing and organizer approval. Booth extras and sponsorship packages can be added to each space.
Exhibitor self-service and search
Exhibitors fill in their own logos, descriptions and contacts through a personal auto-login link. Visitors search by company, plot or category, filter by sector, and save favorites.
Demo schedules and guided tours
Import flying display times, field demonstrations and seminar sessions onto the map from Excel or API. Guided tours can lead visitors on a new-product walk, a sponsor trail or a first-time-visitor route across the site.
Kiosks, integrations and analytics
Kiosks at gates and hall entrances show "you are here", cache data and run in full offline mode for spots with weak coverage. Integrations with registration, ticketing and CRM systems keep exhibitor data in sync, and analytics show searches, views and routes.
