Frequently asked questions

How do I know which plan is right for my event?

PRO Design offers the most flexibility, including additional customization and revisions, and is a great fit for everything from conferences to outdoor festivals. Standard Design is a good choice for events with simple layouts and typical requirements. Light Design is intended for small events and basic needs. For those who prefer to build the map themselves, the DIY subscription is the best fit.

How long does it take to get my interactive map ready?

Most floor plans are completed within 7–10 business days when ordered at least 3 weeks before your event. PRO Design projects may require 10–14 business days and should be ordered at least 5 weeks before the event to allow time for customization and revisions. Need it sooner? Urgent requests are possible, but will incur an additional fee, as well as any work requested to be done on weekends.

What happens after I pay?

Create your account, add your event, and upload your floor plan files—this only takes a few clicks. Our team will start working on your interactive map right away and keep you updated throughout the process.

Is the pricing a one-time fee or a subscription?

For Light, Standard, and PRO Design, the price is a one-time fee and includes a 12-month subscription to your interactive floor plan. If you choose the DIY Subscription, you can keep your floor plan live for as long as needed with a monthly subscription. Prepaying for 6+ months gives you an additional 10% discount.

Can I have my floor plan for free?

Yes. Our free plan allows you to create and publish an interactive floor plan, manage exhibitors and booth assignments, display basic exhibitor profiles, and embed the map on your website. See the limitations here. As your event grows, you can upgrade at any time.
