Upselling premium listings to your exhibitors

One of the most crucial aspects of a floor plan is how exhibitors are displayed. Your vendors rely on the floor plan to attract attendees to their booths, and attendees use the floor plan to navigate the event and plan their visit.

By default, all exhibitors are given a basic listing, which typically includes their name, logo, description and contact information. To generate extra revenue and attract more sponsors to your show, we recommend upselling additional fields to exhibitors. These fields can include images and videos of their products or services, action buttons, links to their website and social media, and other promotional options.

Basic listing

You have full control of which fields to display and can set them in your extras. There are also options to add and rename listings, change their descriptions and upload images.

Premium listing

The same options are available for premium listings. You can also set the price for them, see how many have been sold or assign them for free to existing sponsors.

If you want to offer exclusive promotion, you can create a unique limited bundle. This could include, for example, a premium listing, logo in header, featured listing and a logo in booth. This should maximize the attendee traffic for the exhibitor who chooses this option. You can measure exhibitor popularity with Google Analytics.
